If you are buying a home and are our Client, you qualify for our full range of our Buyer Representation Services:

  • We will never represent any home seller, builder or developer against you, our buyer, in purchasing a home. We represent only you as your exclusive buyer’s agent.
  • We won’t try to “sell” you any property or location, this is a big decision, it needs to be made by you since you are the person that is going to be living in the home. We are to help you, not force you to buy a house you don’t want.
  • We will help you purchase home you want at the lowest price, and best terms and conditions we can negotiate for you.
  • We specialize in working for you as your “buyer’s agent” every step of the way in your real estate transaction from:
    • An initial buyer information and counseling session (includes advice regarding your financial pre-qualification and pre-approval)
    • Searching, screening and finding the right property
    • Giving an unbiased assessment of the pros and cons of any property you are interested in purchasing
    • Providing a professional opinion of the value of the property you choose – before we “write an offer” on the property
    • Working for the best deal for you in the offer and contract negotiations with the Seller and their Agent
    • Helping with the details following an offer’s acceptance including mortgage and home insurance, choice of a reputable home inspector, property inspections, and any re-negotiations that may need to be made
    • Finally assisting in the final walk-through inspection and the closing on your new home
